In
the heart of the Lower Garden District of New Orleans is a place where friends
gather to relax and enjoy each other's company. The Garden District Pub is that
place. The GDP is a cozy old New Orleans neighborhood Pub. Comfortable, fashionable, and familiar, the
Pub is THE place to be after work or on weekends
Locals as well as
visitors to New Orleans and the Garden District will experience the charm of a
traditional New Orleans pub. Exposed brick walls form the backdrop for a
beautiful copper-topped bar designed and built in a style reminiscent of New
Orleans gay ‘90s - that’s 1890s!
The Pub has daily Happy Hour: 5:00- 7:00pm Monday thru
Friday & Midnight Madness nightly. Our
knowledgeable and friendly staff will let you know of the daily drink
special.
The GDP has Direct TV NFL Ticket. Sports fans can
enjoy the game of their choice. So whether your favorite team is LSU, the
Saints or Pelicans, or any other, you can enjoy your game with your friends on one our TVs. -- And HBO is also available!
The Pub provides complementary snacks for all LSU and Saints football games. There are several favorites, with Ziti and Chili-Cheese-Mac on the top of the list. We also have Beer Specials during these games and a Bar Tab Pool for Saints games.
The Internet Juke Box offers a wide array of music -
something for everyone. Many selections
are still 3 for $1.00. Download the
free AMI
Barlink App on your cell phone and you can send a tune to Pub to let your
friends know you’re on the way to meet them.
It’s fun!
The GDP is your pet friendly pub in the Lower Garden
District … and a treat awaits your baby!
The Pub is locally
owned and operated by two Lower Garden District natives. Sisters Dianne
and Veronica invite you to enjoy New Orleans' unique hospitality at the GDP.
At the GDP, we’re large enough to serve you yet small enough to know you.
